Listening to Yourself Again.
In a noisy world full of advice, opinions, and pressure, it’s easy to lose touch with your own voice. We start living on autopilot — doing what’s expected instead of what feels true.

Why your inner voice went quiet.
We’re trained from a young age to look outward for answers. Over time, we may stop checking in with ourselves altogether. The more we push past our needs, the harder it becomes to recognize what they even are.
It’s still there — just quieter.
Even if you’ve tuned it out, your inner voice hasn’t disappeared. It might show up as discomfort, resistance, or restlessness. When you slow down enough to notice, that voice becomes clearer — not louder, but more honest.
“You don’t have to have all the answers. You just have to be willing to listen.”
How to reconnect.
Start small. Journal without a filter. Take 10 quiet minutes before your day begins. Pay attention to what energizes you — and what drains you. Self-trust grows with repetition. The more you ask yourself what you really need, the more confident you’ll become in hearing the answer.
What you might discover.
Listening inward helps you set better boundaries, make clearer decisions, and live more intentionally. You don’t need to be perfect — just present. Trusting yourself, little by little, changes everything.

How do I know if this approach is right for me?
This is for you if you’re ready to understand yourself more deeply and build practices that feel truly your own.
It’s not about following a set formula - it’s about discovering what works for you.
If you’re looking for quick fixes or prescriptive plans, this may not be the right approach.
If you’re open to a more personal and sustainable way of creating calm, you’ll likely feel aligned here.

What can I expect from working with you?
We will identify where stress can be either reduced or reframed in your daily life or a specific life stage. You will be equipped with a toolkit of nervous system regulating practices, and gain deeper awareness of what works best for your grounding and how to fit them in your daily life.
Do you offer both online and in-person sessions?

Yes. Some of the events and activities are held online, while others are in person either in Switzerland or in Bali.

I currently work primarily with groups, but periodically a spot opens for one on one sessions. Feel free to reach out via info@createyourcalm.net and I will get back to you when there is an opening.
Is everything I share kept private?
Is everything I share kept private?
Yes. Your privacy is always a priority. Everything is completely confidential, except in very rare cases related to safety. In group settings the privacy of the group shares is upheld by the facilitator and the participants.
What if I don’t know what my specific issue is?
What if I don’t know what my specific issue is?
That’s okay. You don’t need to have it all figured out. Sometimes just showing up is the most important first step, and I will guide you from there.
Progress doesn’t always feel like progress. Sometimes it’s showing up. Sometimes it’s pausing. But each moment of awareness becomes part of the path forward, and you don’t have to walk it alone.
